Yang Xu
Certified Pilates Instructor
Yang Xu is a fully certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of Pilates and yoga practice, more than 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates teacher training, and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Guided by her personal recovery from chronic neck, lower back, and hip pain, as well as over two decades of violin teaching experience in the Bay Area, California, she brings a thoughtful, precision-based approach to movement.
Yang enjoys working with clients of all levels, from their 20s through their 70s, helping them improve posture, build strength, and increase shoulder and hip mobility in a safe and supportive environment. Her classes emphasize clear instruction, mindful movement, and long-term progress, empowering clients to move with greater confidence both in and out of the studio.
