After enjoying endurance sports such as running and cycling, Jennifer has found that adding pilates to her fitness routine comes with many benefits. Jennifer is a certified Pilates Instructor passionate about helping students build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance in both body and mind. With training and certifications ranging from Balanced Body Pilates Full Comprehensive Instructor, ACE Group Fitness Group Instructor, SRJC 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as Integrative Nutrition Coaching from UCSD. When Jennifer is not teaching fitness, she enjoys taking dance classes, listening to live music, and hiking local mountains or spending time at the coast.
