Lisa has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 35 years. She has seen many fitness trends come and go through her years of teaching, owning Railroad Square Workout and running the group exercise program at Montecito Heights Health Club. Over the past decade her teaching repertoire has transitioned to teaching Barre and Mat Pilates classes, and now Pilates Reformer Training. These classes offer the functional training that we need in everyday life – balance, strength, posture, and core stability. Lisa is certified through Balance Body in Mat and Reformer Pilates and excited to teach for Club Pilates and another dedicated group of exercise enthusiasts. She brings a unique blend of her knowledge and experience to every class she teaches; her style is focused yet fun keeping participants entertained while reaching their fitness goals. When not teaching and taking classes, Lisa helps local animal shelters, and is a firm believer in “Adopt Don’t Shop” which include her own cats. She is the proud mom of 2 daughters and “GiGi” to her energetic granddaughter Rileigh. In her off time, she enjoys cooking, home projects, gardening, hanging out with friends, and a good glass of chardonnay is always nice too.
