Shannon DeMange is passionate about helping people build power and move with purpose. With over 30 years' experience in dance, fitness, and wellness fields, her dynamic teaching thoughtfully blends strength, stamina, and stretching. Shannon enjoys integrating functional strength with a flexibility flow, all in a welcoming, positive, and fun atmosphere. Shannon’s empowering and energizing approach emphasizes body awareness, alignment, and resilience with a style of lightness, ease, and humor.
Shannon’s credentials include: Balanced Body® Inc. Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, National Academy of Sports Medicine® NCCA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, The Stretching Institute™ Certified Stretch Coach, Choreography & Performance Skills Dance Certification, Safe Movement for All Spines Foundations Courses by Master Trainer Gwen Miller, and numerous CEUs.
Shannon enjoys supporting individuals of all ages, stages, and abilities to move more freely. She especially appreciates the community-building aspect and contagious energy of her group classes, which include special events from bridal showers to local athletic teams.
Outside the studio, Shannon is a huge fan of cheering on her active family in their various sports, school, and community activities. She also enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking and exploring at the beach, mountains, lakes, & parks with family and friends.
