Cate was first introduced to Pilates from Master Trainer Jill Dupslaff in 2015. She is Trained in the Classical Joseph Pilates Method by the National Pilates Certification Program (PMA) with over 550 hours of training. Her training includes comprehensive Chair, Reformer, Mat, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ped-o-Pull, Cadillac and Tower. Special interests include disc degeneration and athletic performance. She finds inspiration in the Pilates principles that are brought to life in the bodies being transformed by them. She is committed to mastering the method and sharing her knowledge with her students and how to improve their bodies and life through movement.
