Erica was introduced to Pilates after the birth of her son. She was looking for something to regain strength in her core, correct postural issues, and reconnect her mind, body and spirit. After doing some research she decided to give Pilates a try. It was the perfect fit! As her practice continued, so did her love and respect for Pilates. She decided to join the Pilates Teacher Training program in 2017 to further her knowledge and to help others find strength in their own Pilates journey. Erica enjoys living an active lifestyle which includes hiking, running 5K’s and half marathons, and of course Pilates!
