As a primary care paramedic, she has a strong foundation in health and wellness, which enriches her approach to fitness. Amanda C is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals by focusing on improving posture, alignment, and overall body mechanics. Her travels around the globe have allowed her to study various fitness techniques and yoga practices, which are integrate into the classes to provide a well-rounded experience
