With over 13 years of teaching experience and certifications in Mat & Reformer Pilates, 200 Hour Yoga, barre, spin, hiit and more, Heather brings high energy, expert programming, and a deep understanding of body mechanics to every class. Known for her keen eye for body awareness and alignment, she offers personalized cues that help clients move safely, effectively, and with confidence. Her goal is to create empowering, challenging, and feel-good workouts for every body.   When she’s not leading or planning classes you can find her trying to keep up with her two boys or snuggling her two pups!
