With over 500 hours of Pilates training, Nye is a comprehensively certified Club Pilates instructor. Nye is certified to teach on the Reformer, Mat, Springboard, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector and Cadillac. As an experienced personal fitness trainer who brings a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, strength training, and functional movement to her practice. Her journey into Pilates began as a solution for a persistent elbow injury—and the transformation was undeniable. Pilates not only healed her injury but became the foundation for her strength and ease in movement, enhancing everything she loves, from weight training and running to hiking and beyond.
Passionate about the synergy of strength and flexibility, Nye specializes in guiding clients of all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes—including those overcoming physical limitations or recovering from injuries. Using a science-backed approach, she leverages her expertise in biomechanics to help clients build strength, improve posture, and move with greater confidence.
