Samantha is a knowledge seeker passionate about health & fitness. She loves
exploring movement and first tried Pilates as a way to cross train for pole dancing.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and is comprehensively certified in classical
Pilates, meaning she is able to introduce you to any piece of equipment in the private
training studio. Samantha has a special interest in working with women during the
phases of pregnancy (pre & post) and menopause. She is committed to helping women
feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies at every stage. Whether you're new
to Pilates, looking to deepen your practice, or navigating a new chapter in life,
Samantha is here to support your goals with knowledge, empathy, and encouragement.
