Born and raised in Short Hills, Jody is thrilled to be bringing her love of Pilates to her hometown. As a lifelong athlete, Jody found Pilates 15 years ago as a way to compliment her active lifestyle. She quickly realized Pilates not only gave her increased physical strength but also mental clarity and confidence. As a mom of three young children, Jody finds that Pilates has continued to improve her overall health and has helped her be a more present and engaged mom and wife.
Jody is thankful to be able to help others discover the benefits of Pilates for both the mind and body. She focuses her instruction on building core strength, overall fitness, and flexibility through guided movement. You will love her consistent, energetic and fun approach which makes her classes engaging for people of all ages and abilities. As a teacher, Jody loves seeing clients grow in strength and flexibility and is happy to be a motivating force to challenge them along the way.
