After 10 years in the Media business, Sarah moved with her husband and kids from the city to the 'burbs, deciding to change her focus to staying at home with her young children. Sarah was always an avid athlete, and found that keeping up with fitness helped give her the sanity break she needed. Running became a favorite pastime but something was missing - which she found through Pilates.
Not only did Pilates help strengthen Sarah in a way no other exercise has, but it helped her to find a way to connect her love of fitness with her love of helping others. Training to become an instructor was an no brainer! Sarah's classes are upbeat, challenging and always fun - be prepared to work hard and walk out with a smile on your face!
