Abby Brant
Movement Specialist
Meet Abby
Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, Abby has been teaching movement for over 10 years. She earned her BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah and is a Stott Pilates–trained instructor through the Intensive Reformer program.
Her journey to Pilates began during her ballet career, where it became a key part of her training and recovery. After years of chronic back pain, Pilates helped Abby move more intelligently, strengthen her body, and perform at her best. That personal transformation inspired her to help others experience the same benefits.
In her classes, Abby focuses on breath, alignment, and intuitive movement, encouraging students to feel and connect with their bodies from the inside out. Her teaching style creates a positive, relaxed, and supportive environment where clients can move confidently and find their natural flow. She hopes every student leaves class feeling good, energized, and more connected to their body.
Abby loves that Pilates offers an hour of self-care and community—a space where clients can focus inward while sharing the experience with others who value health and movement.
Outside the studio, Abby enjoys hiking, photography, dancing, traveling, painting, and spending time with her husband and two cats. She’s passionate about lifelong learning, personal growth, and uplifting those around her.
