Christine is a Bay Area native who grew up in Taiwan. She has had
careers in research and design before finally fulfilling her lifelong dream
of teaching Pilates. She first discovered Pilates while recovering from
her second back surgery and credits Pilates for helping her become
stronger and living pain-free.
After Christine finished her training becoming a certified Balanced Body
Comprehensive instructor, she dove headfirst into teaching and realized
her passion helping others strengthen and move safely. She strongly
believes doing Pilates benefits all bodies and lifestyles and the first step
simply begins with awareness of posture and alignment.
When she’s not teaching, Christine can be found taking care of her
plants, going to the theater, or getting lost on long walks around the city.
