A Hamptons native, who obtained her certification through our Teacher Training Program, Michelle loves that the Pilates practice has the ability to build a strong foundation of core strength while enhancing flexibility and balance. It’s a workout that feels mindful and intentional. Pilates has also gives us a deeper appreciation for the way small adjustments can create big results. Whether it’s focusing on the breath or fine-tuning posture, she has seen real progress, not just in how she feels, but in my overall health and energy levels. Pilates is more than just exercise, but rather a practice that has helped us remain grounded and stronger physically and mentally. Seeing her clients’ progress, whether it’s a small breakthrough or a major accomplishment, is what fuels her passion for teaching.
