I was first introduced to mat Pilates in my early 20s and loved it! But then life happened and I stopped taking classes. I started my Club Pilates journey working at the front desk four years ago. I began taking reformer classes and quickly remembered why I originally loved it. I was able to move my body in a way that was both effective but also low impact. I started to see results that I hadn’t experienced in other workout formats. It became a game changer for me! As an instructor, I love to teach all kinds of movements but side lying legs is my favorite. It not only targets your core but glutes as well. My favorite muscle group! I also love meeting new people from all walks of life, sharing my love of Pilates, and being able hear and witness how Pilates has improved their day to day life too. Being able to live a healthy, active life is what it’s all about and I truly believe that Pilates allows us to do that as we age with grace! When I’m not in the studio teaching or taking a class, I enjoy shopping, finding beauty hacks on Instagram, hanging out my family and friends, traveling, and getting Starbucks with my daughter Charlotte.
