Being a lifelong fitness enthusiast, Mari Jo found that Pilates was the one type of exercise that could be continued throughout life without risking injury and developing strength and flexibility that she never found in other methods. The precision and control required to perform the movements made a huge difference in seeing results. After raising her three kids, she decided to open Club Pilates South Hills and completed her Pilates comprehensive training. Her goal is to help make Pilates accessible to everyone in the community. Mari Jo loves to travel, play tennis and spend time with family and friends when she's not at the studio.
