I spent the majority of my life as a dancer, and continued this throughout my years in college at Point Park University. While at Point Park, I was introduced to Pilates - and I was hooked!! In addition to Pilates and dance, I enjoy running and have run several marathons. After my youngest went into school, I decided to pursue my certification in Pilates so that I could help others fall in love with Pilates too! When I’m not in the Pilates studio you can find my hanging out with my husband, Kris, and our four children, Braden, Cade, Drake and Emma.
