Matthew Comer

As a leader in the mind/body area for over 20 years, Matthew has taught Pilates, personal training and education in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. Matthew has presented at conferences as well as developed programming for various educational products. He has been a featured writer for print and online publications for the public as well as instructors.
In 2016 he joined Club Pilates as a subject matter expert assisting with the formulation of the current education program writing the technical information in the exercise library. He has contributed to various manuals, been a featured instructor on videos, helping select Master Trainers and mentoring those instructors who want to advance their careers. In July of 2018 he became a featured instructor on the Club Pilates On Demand platform.
Matthew prides himself on teaching non-fad, science based exercise that yields results that can be directly applied to everyday living. Integration of functional fitness, injury prevention and adaptive exercise are all areas that encompass his fitness and educational sessions. He has had the great pleasure of watching his clients, those he has educated and mentored, reach their goals.
