As a long-time yogi, I found myself wanting to explore a new form of movement that would complement my practice and add variety to my fitness journey. I discovered Pilates in 2023 when Club Pilates Glen Abbey opened its doors, and I immediately fell in love with the method. The way Pilates challenged my body—especially in developing core strength, body awareness, and precision—was exactly what I had been seeking. After completing over 350 classes, I felt inspired to take the next step and pursue certification—not only to deepen my own practice but to help others experience the incredible benefits of Pilates. I enrolled in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program, where I had the opportunity to combine my passion for mindful movement with a structured, strength-based approach. As an instructor, I love blending the discipline of Pilates with the flow and intention of yoga to create a well-rounded, empowering experience. I'm excited to share my energy and enthusiasm with the Club Pilates community.
