I developed a passion for mindful movement and body awareness through my background in teaching yoga. My Pilates journey began during my postpartum recovery after a C-section, when I discovered how transformative Pilates could be for rebuilding core strength and supporting my body’s healing process in ways that beautifully complemented my yoga practice. After experiencing the benefits in my own body and practicing for some time, I was inspired to deepen my knowledge and eventually pursue a Pilates certification. I love guiding members to build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies while discovering the harmony between yoga and Pilates.
