Lexi Amos was born and raised in Lafayette, La. Her journey to becoming a Pilates Instructor began when she took her first Pilates class in high school as she trained to become a professional dancer. During her college career she became a Balanced Body Mat Certified Pilates Instructor, and that is when her love for teaching began! She then went on to graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with her B.S. in Exercise Science. While pursuing her professional dance career in Denver, Colorado she taught at several boutique fitness studios, teaching her clients the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. She eventually found her way to Club Pilates in her hometown and earned her Comprehensive Club Pilates Certification and continued teaching and managing with the company. She is so excited to call Club Pilates Steiner Ranch her home and looks forward to being a part of such a beautiful community!
