Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates, Pilates Progressions, Yoga for Athletics and Kettlebells.

In her free time, she enjoys walking there two darling dogs, Bailey and Lexie.
Rooting on ALL Minnesota sports teams! Boating on the St. Croix River with her husband Manny
and spending time family and friends.
