Teresa followed her love of movement to Pilates and was hooked. She wants her clients to build a movement vocabulary for everyday exercises that can help in their daily routines. She is a living testimony to Pilates and strength training; seeing how her body changed throughout every stage of her practice. She wants all of her clients to have a better sense of body awareness after each session and class. Teresa is your “cheerleading” instructor who celebrates your biggest and smallest achievements together. She uses weights in most of her sessions to build strength and confidence. Incorporating movement and building muscle as we age are truly the only anti-aging elixir. When she is not teaching you can find her traveling, reading, biking, and baking.
