Nadia Drake

Pilates Instructor
Nadia first discovered mat Pilates in 2008 after recovering from a serious car accident that caused injuries to her neck and lower back. While yoga was her initial path toward healing, it was Pilates-particularly mat Pilates at a local gym-that truly helped relieve her sciatic pain and strengthen her core. In 2018, after relocating from Texas to Orlando, she took her first Club Pilates intro class, instantly fell in love with the reformer, and began attending regularly. Encouraged by an instructor who saw potential in her, Nadia transitioned from her background in air traffic control and accounting into the world of Pilates instruction. She completed her Club Pilates teacher training in 2018 and has been teaching ever since across studios in both Orlando and Tampa. Nadia’s teaching style is focused, encouraging, and educational-she loves seeing her clients progress and hearing how Pilates improves their everyday lives. She’s passionate about continuing education and regularly studies anatomy and technique to grow her expertise. Whether in private sessions or group classes, Nadia brings energy, compassion, and a deep understanding of body mechanics to each session. Outside the studio, she enjoys gardening, decorating, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their three Persian cats.
