Samira has a background in engineering, but her passion for healthy living and movement led her on a very different journey. She’s always been curious about how the body works and thrives, which pushed her to explore various forms of exercise—dancing, yoga, boxing, TRX, gym workouts, badminton, and of course, Pilates. While she enjoyed them all, nothing quite compared to the feeling she got after a Pilates session—centered, strong, and connected. That special feeling kept pulling her back to the Reformer, so she decided to follow her heart and pursue Pilates professionally. Her journey began overseas, and she’s now continuing her second cycle of education through the Polestar Comprehensive program. She believes Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a way to take care of your body and mind, at every stage of life. Outside the studio, she dives into books on nutrition and mental well-being, and loves to recharge with a good game of badminton. Samira brings thoughtfulness and precision to her teaching. She strives to understand each and every client—seeking that golden ratio where movement feels both safe and empowering. She values correct alignment, control, and strength over rushing through reps, believing that mindful movement leads to real, lasting change.
