Stephanie Kraft
Certified Pilates Instructor
Certified Pilates Instructor | Personal Trainer | Yoga Teacher | B.S. in Exercise Science
Stephanie Kraft discovered Pilates over 16 years ago—and from the very first class, she was hooked. What began as a simple workout quickly evolved into a complete transformation, not only of her body but also of how she viewed movement, self-care, and strength. After leaving a career as a firefighter that left her unfulfilled, Stephanie turned fully toward her true passion: helping others connect to their bodies through mindful movement.
With over 500 hours of Pilates training (both reformer and mat), 200 hours of yoga instruction, and personal training certifications through NPTI and NASM, Stephanie brings a deep and diverse foundation to every class she teaches. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and has been working as a trainer for over 16 years—teaching Pilates for the past 8 and yoga alongside it.
Having personally overcome eating and body image disorders, Stephanie understands what it’s like to feel disconnected from one’s body. Her mission is to help clients shift from exercising for appearance to moving for how it feels. She encourages intuitive movement, joy in the body, and freedom from perfectionism. To her, Pilates is one of the most powerful and sustainable forms of movement—for strength, rehabilitation, and long-term vitality.
Outside the studio, Stephanie enjoys hiking, swimming, and soaking up the outdoors—or simply savoring precious moments with her 8-month-old baby girl. Movement will always be a central part of her life, but now it’s rooted in care, presence, and joy. She’s passionate about helping others discover how good movement can truly feel.
