I was inspired by watching my mom do The 20 Minute Workout. After earning my BFa in Dance I got certified to teach fitness in 2004 and have been finding new ways to help people feel strong and confident ever since. I fell in love with Pilates after getting a quick certification to help out an instructor who needed a class subbed. When I saw how effective Pilates was I knew I needed to learn more and found certifications that helped me take a deeper dive.
When I’m not teaching you can find me running, reading, growing my own greens or planning my next big adventure!
