I love joyful mindful, intentional movement. I’ve been teaching yoga, movement and fitness classes since 1990. I took my first mat Pilates training in 2000. I love the science, the joy, and the functionality of Pilates.
My favourite Pilates pose is the roll up.
Fun fact: I am a published author, with two books about creating accessible movement for all bodies.
My biggest aha moment is that movement and exercise can be done for the joy of it. We can make peace with our bodies through building strength and connection with the greatest piece of technology we will ever own -our bodies
