Meet Regina, Your Pilates Instructor!
Regina brings a thoughtful, grounded energy to every class, guiding members with precision and purpose. One of her signature cues you’ll hear often is: “Brace your abs inward and upward, lift your pelvic floor, and lengthen your spine.” Her teaching style is centered around control, alignment, and helping you truly connect with your body. Regina’s love of movement started early—growing up hiking and skiing in the mountains of Colorado, diving off the beaches of California, and now enjoying peaceful walks through the woods of Texas with her two German Shepherds by her side. She’s also navigated life with Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetes since the age of 19, and Pilates has played a major role in helping her stay strong, mobile, and vibrant through it all. For Regina, Pilates is more than just a workout—it’s what allows her to keep doing everything she loves. It helps her move better, feel better, and stand taller with confidence and better posture.
