I was introduced to Pilates in 2021 by my family physician who suggested I start practicing low impact exercises such as Pilates to assist with my sever back pain. I took my first Pilates reformer class and fell in love. Not only did pilates cure my back pains, but it also helped me with my anxiety. Wanting to learn more, and get more exposure, I graduated from the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. Teaching Pilates allows me to have a positive impact on people’s lives, help them be happier, and achieve their overall health and fitness goals.
