Meet our instructor, Jill! Jill has been a Pilates devotee for over 25 years. She has seen how Pilates has changed her body and overall health through its emphasis on strengthening, lengthening, flexibility and its restorative approach to conditioning. Jill has taken her love of Pilates to the next level and became a certified Pilates instructor with the goal of helping students achieve their health & fitness goals through a dedicated practice focused on proper form, increasing core strength and optimizing overall mobility. Jill strives to create classes that are unique, effective and challenging for everyone.
