Chantal is a former classically trained dancer, who studied ballet under The Royal Academy of Dance for 14 years and continued dancing as an adult. With a diverse fitness background spanning Gymnastics, Track and Field, Yoga, Mat Pilates and Strength Training.  Her classically trained dance background and gymnastics gave her an awareness of body alignment, control, balance and discipline.  After suffering from a serious injury, Reformer Pilates was the only recommended safe fitness option for her during recovery and that’s where her  passion and love for it began and she never misses a day!  Her goal is to not only help others fall in love with Pilates…but to get stronger, more flexible and even heal along the way.  Her Comprehensive certifications include, Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, EXO Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel and also TRX and BOSU certifications.
