With a background that’s as unique as it is impressive—in her “past life,” she was a Pollution Prevention Manager and Lead & Asbestos Inspector on a U.S. Army installation—Leigh Ann knows the value of discipline, structure, and attention to detail.
As both a Pilates instructor and holistic health practitioner, she sees Pilates as far more than just exercise. For Leigh Ann, it’s a way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while fostering a deep mind-body connection.
