Sonia is a vibrant and motivating instructor who brings joy, energy, and personal strength to every class. One of her favorite phrases you'll often hear is: “Let’s do one more, just for fun!”—a true reflection of her playful yet focused approach to movement.
Sonia’s classes are centered around building strength, supporting spinal health, and cultivating mental clarity. Her personal Pilates journey is deeply inspiring—she has faced significant spinal issues, and through consistent practice, she’s strengthened her core and improved her spinal health to the point of avoiding surgery. That experience fuels her passion for helping others feel empowered and pain-free in their own bodies.
Outside the studio, Sonia’s life is just as dynamic—she’s a proud mom to five kids, including triplets! Her resilience, positivity, and firsthand experience with the power of Pilates shine through in every session.
