I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Arthritis in my mid 30’s and began on a health journey which included a healthier, anti-inflammatory diet as well as more movement. I discovered Pilates more than 20 years ago and it was life changing. It improved my flexibility, strength, posture but most importantly it diminished my joint pain. The mind body connection that Pilates provides is something everyone will feel after just one class. Pilates is truly for everybody.
After years of self-practice, I decided to become a Certified Pilates Instructor with the 500 hour program and bring Pilates to our Community by opening Club Pilates. I wanted to help people become stronger and healthier and find their support through our family at Club Pilates. With over 24 years of experience I continue to grow the business by continually developing and bringing in new Instructors through the Teacher Training program.
When I am not enjoying Pilates I enjoy spending time with family and friends and my Dog Emmy, yoga, walking and hiking and traveling the World.
