Shari began her Pilates journey years ago as a client, discovering the
transformative power of movement while recovering from surgery. Experiencing
firsthand how Pilates restored her strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing inspired her to pursue teaching.
With years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Shari brings a thoughtful,
supportive, and intentional approach to every session. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.
Shari is grateful to do work she loves and is dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming environment where clients of all levels can heal, grow, and thrive through Pilates.
