Brittany has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2021, but her journey with the practice began much earlier. Growing up as a dancer, she was introduced to Pilates at a young age and quickly recognized its benefits for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. Her early exposure laid the foundation for a deep appreciation of mindful movement. Her passion for health and wellness continued to grow. Brittany pursued certifications in both yoga and Pilates, ultimately choosing to focus her teaching on Pilates due to its transformative impact on both body and mind. Brittany is also a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC. She is passionate about helping others feel their best through a holistic approach that blends movement and evidence-based nutrition.
