Kelly
Instructor
Kelly has always been interested in movement. She started Karate at 16 and remembers how much she loved the emphasis on breathing. After having her daughter in 2011, Kelly developed vertigo, and Pilates became the only exercise she could do which helped her gain back strength. Thereafter, Kelly got into running, resistance training, and Muay Thai. She learned to swim at age 35 and utilized her newfound skill while living in Thailand. Kelly became a certified personal trainer in 2020 and then pursued fitness coursework and certifications including Pilates mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and springwall training. She sees Pilates as a way of life with continuous training and practice, never perfection. Kelly has worked as a hairdresser since 2006 and has always enjoyed helping make people feel better; and more confident. A philosophy and approach she brings to Pilates... as Kelly says, “The difference is Pilates changes you on the inside and the outside. There's no better feeling than knowing you're making a positive difference in somebody's life!”
