Born and raised in Winnipeg, Lisa is married with 3 boys, 2 dogs and a dove. Since regularly practicing Pilates and strength training, Lisa no longer suffers from severe lower back pain. It's been years since she’s had a spinal cortisone shot and she intends to keep it that way! Lisa began her fitness career in 2005 as a Personal Trainer and currently teaches a variety of modalities including Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, and Yoga. In 2010, she took a weekend Pilates training course to teach yogalates in the city. Subsequently, Lisa immersed herself in Pilates during COVID and loved it so much that she started her Pilates instructor journey! Currently, she has completed mat, reformer, cadillac, and chair training. Lisa became a Pilates and fitness instructor after noticing the mental and physical benefits and wants others to experience the same. She’s passionate about increasing body awareness for her clients so they can apply it everyday and live pain-free.
