Maddy’s passion for fitness started just after high school. She fell in love with group exercise classes right away and was always the front row student. She became fast friends with the instructor at the time and she convinced her to become group fitness certified. That was over 25 years ago. To this very day, she is still very passionate and fortunate to have such a great opportunity to share fitness with members, family and friends. She has devoted her livelihood to motivating and educating members to live happier and healthier lives and feels so very blessed to be able to call this the best job ever. She is constantly seeking new information and continuing her education to bring to all. She enjoys keeping programs challenging and fun at the same time. Setting both short and long term goals helps members to make continuous progress. Her area of specialty is Pilates. She enjoys all formats including Mat, Barre and Reformer Training. She also enjoys private and small group training with emphasis on core, posture, flexibility and balance for a full body workout. As a certified personal trainer, she specializes in injury prevention and functional training, guiding a variety of clients, novice to elite and youth to aging, to obtain their own personal goals through a safe effective workout. She enjoys helping clients learn to love exercise and obtain the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle. Keep Moving!
