Susan began practicing Pilates twelve years ago at the suggestion of a friend and discovered it was not only helpful to strengthen and lengthen my body, it helped with my balance which has been an issue since a car accident 30 years ago. I became certified as an instructor a few years ago and have enjoyed sharing my practice with others. My favorite Pilates move to teach is Teaser. It seems almost impossible at first but with practice and strengthening it’s something everyone can learn to do! It’s rewarding to see my clients progress in learning this and other exercises in the repertoire.
I also love hiking, yoga, wine tasting, scuba diving, and most anything else that takes me outdoors. I’m happy to have called the Conejo Valley home for thirty years.
