I came to Pilates as a varsity volleyball athlete nearly 10 years ago and found it immensely beneficial to my strength, balance, and flexibility. More recently, I spend much of my daily work life sitting at a desk (like many others) and have firsthand experience with low back pain, tight hip flexors, and poor posture; with these challenges in mind, I seek to incorporate movements in my classes that will leave your body feeling refreshed and strengthened. I am currently completing the 500-hour Club Pilates Teacher Training certification and looking forward to supporting clients in their wellness goals.
