Growing up I was incredibly passionate about sports, basketball especially. I trained constantly and being active was like a second nature. Unfortunately, I also struggled with chronic low back pain which forced me into several periods of inactivity, negatively impacting my mental health as much as my physical. This challenge created an opportunity to become more mindful, seeking out meditation, yoga, and breathwork techniques, eventually leading me to Pilates; a remarkable fusion of the exercising I always had a passion for, and the mindful awareness I came to love equally. Pilates has been instrumental in my recovery, allowing me to be practically pain free today. I am thrilled to be able to help others going through similar struggles learn from my experiences and begin to thrive in their day to day lives.
