I discovered my passion for Pilates after I bounced between different workouts and physio, feeling constantly limited by my severe back pain. It started to wear on me mentally, and I honestly believed I might never be pain-free. When I finally tried Pilates, I felt something completely different, a supportive community where everybody is welcomed, and movements are thoughtfully modified so you can work in a pain-free range and still feel strong. Experiencing the benefits firsthand inspired me to begin my instructor training in early 2026 so I could share this accessible, healing practice with others! I love welcoming new faces to the studio! Whether you are a regular or trying Pilates for the very first time, I encourage you to come with an open mind so we can move with intention and focus on the mind-body connection. I know that simply showing up to your reformer is often the hardest part. My class philosophy is simple: just give whatever effort you have today, even if it's only 10%. We all have our good and bad days, but my goal is for you to always leave class feeling accomplished and in a brighter mood than when you walked in. Moving your body safely is vital for daily life, no matter your starting point or physical condition.
