Beth has always been fitness oriented from running, group fitness, yoga and Pilates. She began teaching group classes in Atlanta including aerobics, step aerobics, and Body Pump. After moving to Milwaukee, she became more passionate about Pilates and completed the Club Pilates comprehensive certification. She furthered her education with additional certifications in Classical Mat, TRX, Trigger Point and Barre Intensity. She continues her education and self-practice with seminars and private practice with one of Romana’s protégés. Beth’s blends a classical repertoire with a modern twist. Her classes include more functional movement, athleticism and creative flows. She enjoys seeing members gain strength, mobility, and improve their physicality due to Pilates.
