Ellen is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with over 900 hours of training and a lifelong love of movement. She fell in love with Pilates about 20 years ago. Now, an instructor for nearly four years, helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful, anatomy-informed movement. Ellen deeply believes in the power of Pilates to support both physical and mental health, brings warmth, curiosity, and a good dose of humor to every class. Her classes blend thoughtful challenge with laughter and heart, creating an uplifting space where clients feel supported, connected, and renewed. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her outside hiking, biking, traveling, or talking with all the dogs with her sweet husband.
