Tricia has been teaching Pilates for three years and brings warmth, encouragement, and energy into every class she leads. Inspired by her mom—who was also her reason for starting Pilates—Tricia developed a passion for helping others move with strength and confidence. Her favorite move is Chest Expansion, and she especially enjoys teaching Reformer Flow classes that combine challenge with fluidity. Outside of the studio, Tricia loves spending time with her kids. She cherishes the family-like environment at Club Pilates, where the supportive, welcoming community feels like a second home. In her classes, you’ll find fun, upbeat playlists that keep members motivated and smiling. Tricia’s journey into teaching was personal—her mom has Parkinson’s, and Pilates became a way for her to learn how to help her mom exercise safely and effectively. Now, she shares that same care and dedication with every member who comes through the studio doors.
