Beth first saw the many benefits of Pilates while working at a Physical Therapy office. From the time she was young, Beth understood and appreciated the benefits of having strength and flexibility. She also understood the benefits of taking the time to slow down and breathe. She has always enjoyed helping people ease their tension and move more comfortably. Seeing all these things come together in Pilates inspired Beth to become a certified Pilates instructor.
Watching her clients build confidence and inner strength along with the physical strength, flexibility and stability they develop brings Beth tremendous satisfaction. She also enjoys watching the stress and tension dissolve as she guides her clients to breathe deeply and focus on letting go.
Beth is also a licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Gyrokenises instructor, and certified TRX instructor. When she isn’t teaching or enhancing her training, Beth loves traveling with her family and spending time outdoors.
