Corrinne is a passionate and experienced movement educator, certified in yoga and trained in a range of Pilates modalities, bringing a dynamic blend of classical Pilates, functional training, and mindful movement to every session. With over a decade of teaching experience, she is dedicated to helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence — from the inside out.
Her classes are known for intelligent sequencing, smooth transitions, and a strong emphasis on postural alignment, mobility, and core activation. Whether you're moving on the Reformer or the mat, Corrinne’s teaching style is clear, supportive, and grounded in both anatomy and intuition. Corrinne also holds a Master of Public Health from New York University, with advanced training in preventative health and wellness. She brings this lens into her classes, integrating movement science, injury prevention, and long-term health promotion into every session.
